The Skin Center Seeks Focus Group Participants for Market Research!

Interested in telling us what you think about the beauty industry? The Skin Center Medical Spa? Our services? Our treatments?

The Skin Center Medical Spa will be conducting both client and non-client in-depth focus group discussions in early June. Focus groups will be held on June 4th and June 11th at the Chartiers Country Club.

If you can answer “Yes” to the following, we want you:

  • Are you a woman between the age of 35 and 65?
  • Can you be available for 2 hours on the evening of either June 4th or June 11th?
  • Are you willing to talk candidly about your skin care regimen as well as your thoughts and ideas about beauty and aging?

LIP LINES? Prevention & Treatment

lip linesI’ve only just started to notice them.  Tiny, soldier-like lines, evenly spaced, along my upper lip. So feathery and fine at this point that you have to look really close to see them. But they are there. No doubt. The dreaded lip lines.

Like all the women on my mother’s side of the family, I am not blessed with full lips.  Adding to this genetic unfairness is the tendency to develop pronounced vertical lines above the top lip after a certain age. The kind that welcome lipstick leak, and become even more visible should you make the mistake of layering concealer or foundation to cover them.
