Do I Have To Lose Weight Before CoolSculpting?

CoolSculpting is a fat-reducing treatment. Studies have shown that the treatment can reduce as much as about 25% of targeted fat in a treatment area, such as the abdomen or thighs. A good way to look at CoolSculpting is as a spot treatment. As a spot treatment, it will not have a big effect on your overall weight. So, if you have a goal weight in mind, you want to be at or near it before getting CoolSculpting. Areas that are commonly treated with this technology, aside from what we’ve already mentioned, include the backs of the arms, the flanks, bra fat and the chin.

Does CoolSculpting Really Work?

Yes, CoolSculpting works. This treatment is FDA-cleared and clinically proven to reduce fat through patented cooling technology. CoolSculpting has been successfully freezing fat for over 10 years! CoolSculpting fat loss treatment uses targeted cooling technology to reduce fat cells below the surface of the skin. During a Pittsburgh CoolSculpting procedure, the CoolCurve non-invasive applicator gently cools the targeted fat cells to the point of freezing. When frozen, the fat cells die and are naturally reduced from the body, resulting in a gradual reduction of the fat layer without damage to the surrounding tissue.

How Much Does CoolSculpting Cost?
