What is PRP Treatment?
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment is a regenerative procedure that uses components of your own blood to stimulate collagen and elastin production, promoting healthier, more youthful skin.
PRP contains concentrated platelets and growth factors that activate the body’s natural healing process and support tissue regeneration.
When applied topically after microneedling or delivered through injections, PRP enhances skin texture, tone, and elasticity by boosting collagen production. This treatment offers a natural approach to skin rejuvenation with minimal downtime.
PRP is ideal for individuals looking to improve skin tone, reduce fine lines, and restore a more radiant complexion. PRP treatments deliver natural results in delicate areas such as under the eyes, around the mouth, and the décolletage. While not as long-lasting as PRF, PRP provides a significant rejuvenating effect and can be repeated over time to maintain results. It is also commonly used in combination with other aesthetic treatments to further improve facial rejuvenation.
What is PRF Treatment?
Considered the next generation of PRP treatment and a more natural alternative to dermal fillers, PRF injections are 100 percent autologous, or natural to you, and contains a potent mix of platelets and white blood cells in a fibrin matrix and to minimize recovery time, increase collagen and elastin production and improve the overall health and appearance of the skin.
The PRF formulation creates a unique fibrin matrix that slows the release of growth factors, allowing for prolonged collagen-boosting and skin rejuvenating benefits. PRF treatment may be used as an alternative to dermal fillers for its ability to enhance facial volume by stimulating collagen production within the deeper layers of the dermis.
What is PRF EZGEL Treatment?
PRP EZGEL is an innovative, 100% autologous regenerative treatment that combines the healing benefits of PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) with the smoothing and volumizing effects of a natural plasma gel.
PRF EZGEL is created by heating a portion of your plasma, albumin, to form a gel which is then blended with PRF concentrate rich in platelets, growth factors, and white blood cells. This unique combination forms a smooth, injectable gel that provides both immediate volume replacement and longer-term collagen stimulation—offering a natural alternative to dermal fillers.
EZGEL is ideal for areas of volume loss such as under the eyes, cheeks, nasolabial folds, and jawline. Its bioactive components work overtime to stimulate collagen and elastin production, while the gel matrix provides structure and lift. The result is smoother, firmer, and more radiant skin, with benefits that continue to improve over several weeks. Because it is completely derived from your own blood, EZGEL is considered biocompatible, and suitable for patients seeking a natural, long-lasting approach to facial rejuvenation.
How it works.
Both PRP and PRF treatments follow a similar process: a small amount of blood will be drawn and then centrifuged to either isolate concentrated platelets for PRP or a combination of platelets, fibrin and white blood cells for PRF to facilitate growth factor release. For EZGEL treatment, the PRF material is taken through a heating and cooling process to create a gel to be used as an injectable filler.
PRP and PRF treatment can be used topically with microneedling permitting the release of potent growth factors in deeper layers of the skin. Alternatively, PRF and EZGEL can be injected into targeted areas of the face and body, to smooth lines or add volume, similar to dermal fillers.
When used for hair restoration, PRP and PRF can also be injected into the scalp to stimulate new hair growth and improve hair density.
