Cancellation Policy
We truly value your time and the time of our providers. To help us care for all patients and keep our schedule running smoothly, we require a card on file for all appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to the following policy:
First missed or late-canceled appointment
- A $100 pre-payment will be charged to the card on file
- This amount will be applied toward your next visit
Second missed or late-canceled appointment
- An additional $100 pre-payment will be charged
- The full $200 will be applied toward your next visit
Third missed or late-canceled appointment
- Any accumulated pre-payments will be forfeited and will no longer be applied toward future services
This policy allows us to reserve appointment times thoughtfully while still ensuring your pre-payment goes toward your care when appointments are kept.

Late Arrivals Policy
To ensure we can offer the best possible service, we have established the following policy regarding late arrivals.
- Less than 10 minutes late: We will do our best to accommodate you without affecting the quality of your treatment. However, please note that your session may be slightly shortened to keep subsequent appointments on schedule.
- More than 10-15 minutes late: We may need to modify your treatment to fit the remaining time. While we still strive to provide the best care possible, the scope of your service may be reduced, or we may offer an alternative treatment if the original plan cannot be completed in a short time.
- More than 15 minutes late: We may need to reschedule your appointment to another available time or date. We will try to accommodate you as soon as possible, but this may require booking a new appointment based on our availability.
Deposit Policy
Due to their length, some of our treatments require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation notice is not given within 24 hours before the appointment. Our goal is to offer patients the best care possible and manage schedules efficiently.
Package Refund Policy
Unused packages are refundable in full. For partially used packages, refunds are adjusted to deduct the cost of completed services at individual rates.
Service Refund Policy
A refund will only be considered if the patient is deemed to have had an adverse medical reaction to the services provided.
Product Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare purchases. We offer the following product return policy:
- Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened skincare products for medspa credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Opened/Used Products: Returns of opened or used products will only be accepted if there is an adverse reaction or substantiated clinical reason. These returns must be reviewed and approved by a provider to quality for medspa credit and must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
