Keep it simple and the rest will follow. Gradually adding products once you figure out what works for your skin is an easy way to create a long-lasting and simple routine. SPF, Retin A, and hydration are my holy grail. Also, adding medical-grade skincare is a must! It is such a valuable investment.
Favorite Treatment
It is hard to choose just one treatment, but I would have to say my two favorites are micro needling with PRP and Botox. Micro needling is such a great investment because the results are long lasting and are amazing when used in conjunction with Botox. Micro needling stimulates collagen which can help patients achieve a more youthful appearance, help with acne scarring, and reduce pigmentation. Botox is also one of my favorite treatments because it softens and smooths by targeting wrinkles, which gives patients a tighter and smoother appearance.
Best Client Transformation Story
I recently met with a new patient. She was 40 years old and had never had any type of cosmetic treatment done before and was amid planning her wedding. We discussed her concerns and came up with a simple plan to target the areas she wanted to improve. She spent a lot of time in the sun in years past, so we really wanted to focus on diminishing her sunspots, as well as helping her skin tone and texture improve. We started out with Botox, microneedling with PRP, and a basic skincare regimen. At her follow-up appointment, she was so happy with her results. It was great to see her skin transformation over just a few months.
What I Love Most About My Work
Coming from working eight years in the Emergency Department, I was nervous about the transition. However, aesthetic medicine and skin care has always been my passion. I love being able to work among some of the best, most supportive professionals who share the same goals for our patients. It is a super fun and encouraging environment and we work as a team to give our patients the best results.
