Using a Vitamin C & E product and sunscreen everyday helps to prevent premature signs of aging like wrinkles and sun spots. To improve the overall health and complexion of the skin, I love the micro-needling treatment and Vitalize chemical peel. Staying hydrated is key, too! And always be sure to fully cleanse the skin every morning and evening.
Favorite Med Spa Treatment
Overall, I LOVE the Vitalize Chemical Peel, but within this past year I have fallen in love with the micro-needling treatment, too. With micro-needling there is really no downtime but the collagen stimulation and over all re-texturizing of the skin is amazing. This treatment is a great preventative measure. And it’s affordable for most people, too!

My Favorite Client Transformation Stories
I had a patient who suffered from Melasma for years. She thought it would never go away. After receiving a series of chemical peels and following an effective at-home treatment plan, her complexion is radiant. She even loves to take “selfies” now. Before treatment she wasn’t so comfortable in front of the camera.
One of my favorite patient success stories was with a young girl – just 13 years old. She suffered from acne. I started seeing her every two weeks to help improve her skin with chemical peels and deep cleansing facials. She is 15 years old now and her skin is beautiful. She used to come in the office trying to hide her face with her hair; she would always look down at the floor. She was so self-conscious. Today, she comes in with her hair pulled back, smiling brightly and confidently. I love hearing her stories about school and how she feels like she “fits in” now!
My Greatest Challenge
Educating my clients to understand the value and importance of the treatment path is my greatest challenge. It may take a full six months to see the benefits of the treatment. I also stress the importance of sticking to a daily at-home routine to help improve the outcome of the treatment.

I love the people I work with. The staff at The Skin Center and Dr. Colon are the core reason why I come to work every day and enjoy it. We are like a family and we all help each other out.
